Middleware Conference
Middleware has a history of being the premier conference on middleware
research and technology. The broad scope of the conference covers the
design, implementation, deployment, and evaluation of distributed systems platforms
and architectures for future distributed computing environments.
Here are some more reasons to join the 9th Middleware 2008 in
Leuven, Belgium. Having a paper accepted is one good reason. But we can give you many
more: Alfred Spector of Google will talk to you about the latest
challenges in large scale distributed computing systems and Willy
Zwaenepoel of EPFL will discuss the tradeoff between complex research ideas and the
required simplicity for successful innovation. You will interact
face-to-face with fellow researchers in various workshops and you can
attend some of the tutorials. A panel session will address the impact of
virtualization on middleware. Moreover, you can stimulate your creative thinking during
the many paper sessions and, last but not least, you can join us in discovering Leuven,
the oldest university in the Low Countries (including breweries that can
be even older). We look forward to see you at Middleware 2008.
